Atkins

I'm on Atkins.

As of by Monday 4th of May.

Starting weight: 62.7 kg - 139 lbs

Induction phase:
Mon 4th May- Sunday 17th May

I'll try to dial it down a bit and play fair with carbs- like trying to eat asmany fruit and vegetables as possible...

So far it feels good and I'm not hungry at all.

I just hope this isn't a sign that I'm wasting my time...!!!

Elle's Aerobics Class

SO I shall be performing aerobics 2-3 times a week.

Meaning

I shall be jumping up around and about to music carefully selected for about an hour, every Monday, Wednesday and either Friday or Saturday.

*that's because I want to provide myself with a flexible program, professional or what?!*

Now the music is carefully selected because

A. It needs to be "jumpy"

B. It needs to be happy

C. It needs to allow for intervals of excercise for arms, back, abs, and that large bum that's under my waist and I swear doesn't belong to me!!!

So I chose stuff basically from several movies.

Mostly Sex and the City and Confessions of a Shopaholic,

which both have very nice clothes.

..and skinny girls

You see the important thing is to VISUALISE.

I need to think of sth that will keep me going on when those sweats pile up.

A healthy body?? An investment to the future health? Fitness of the lungs and heart???-

No-

F*ck that-

I just want to look good in a picture!

So I danced for an hour on Monday, 30 min on Tuesday, and I am about to go for an intense walking 50 min session with my dad along the beach.

Nice, huh?!

You see I always thought that the exaustion I felt every afternoon from the hospital was excercise- but it's actually not.

If you don't sweat, then it's not excercise.

At least for me...

This is my playlist:

1.It's amazing - Jem
2.Labels or Love - Fergie
3.Accessory - Jordyn Taylor
4.Big Spender - Adrienne Bailon
5.Uncontrollable - Adrienne Bailon
6.Calling You - Kat DeLuna
7.Hot N Cold - Katy Perry
8.Disturbia - Rihanna
9.You're my Heart, You're my Soul - Modern Talking
10.The Boy does Nothing - Alesha Dixon
11.A Little Respect - Erasure
12.This Must be the Place (Naive Melody) - Talking Heads
13.Watch me Shine - Vanessa Carlton
14.Walk this Way feat. Steve Tyler - Run D.M.C
15.All Dressed in Love - Jennifer Hudson
16.Sex and the City Movie theme - The Pfeifer Broz Orchestra
17.You Can't Stop the Beat - The Cast of "Hairspray" the movie

And I should analyse this so I don't forget them myself... :-P

1. Stretching
2. Warm up
3. Leg Warm up
4. Light weights for arms
5. Excercises for leg muscles
6. Jumping around
7. More jumping around
8. Marching
9. Abs
10. Pelvis and hips/ Fast belly dance *watch video of Alesha Dixon for further reference*
11. Marching with armwork reaching up whenever his voice lifts

12. Excercises in Gluteal region and again Light weight lifting in arms
13. Jumping around
14. Shoulders and back with some "Jazz dancing leg work"
15. Dancing
16. Breathing.
17. Dancing

It's easy to see that I was never good in aerobics.

I actually hated it, so I've pretty much tried to mix my excercises with dancing moves. (not that I know that many excercises come to think of it)

*Also, I try to refrain from "rug surfing", in which- and do take notice- you stand on a rug legs hip-width apart, and jump on the side landing on one leg, feeling the rug gently slide towards that side. Then you swiftly repeat the jump towards the other leg, and the rug moves side to side, surfing across the tiles... cool huh?!*

But you do sweat a lot and wake up in excruciating muscle pain, so I guess it works at some level...

"I wanna see you work...
I wanna see you move your body and turn...
I wanna see you shake your hips and learn...
I wanna see you work it out now"

Room redecorating and spring preparations

Things that must be done:

* cleaning/ tidying
* sortening of bookcases so that the numerous new medical books can fit in nicely without my room looking like a factory
* laminating my banner (oh God)
* printing a few of the pictures from my last trips and making a poster out of me crossing Abbey Road (good times)
* cleaning upmy desk surface
*cleaning up my boudoir surface
#cleaning up my floor - yes I do mean the shoes that lie around

and basically that's it.

Because the new desk chair/ throne that I have bought is large and needs space around it to look good.

I bought it large on purpose so that I would think "Hey, there's a comfortable place to sit and study and get good grades!"

But as it turns out I thought "Hey, there's a large place so I can pile up MORE clothes"

And that's that for now...

I've bought new skirts, to be worn now as well as in spring and I'm all set.

All I need now is a new pair of Sebago shoes, to be worn both this year and next year- the pair of brown ones that I had bought proved to be worth their money and I couldn't be more satisfied.

Their use is for when you need to wear sneakers, but would much rather the look of "leather" on your feet.

Because personally I can't stand wearing fancy shoes for that long throughout the day and running around...

MAN- am I bad at diets!

Waking up today I weighed myself and found out that I was 62.8 kg.

I mean JESUS

How can anyone gain 300 gr while sleeping???

Am I the only person on the planet who gains weight merely by lying in bed dreaming???

So once again I try to restrain myself and set down a normal dieting plan.

It's one thing sticking to my weight, but if I am to gain, I might as well lose weight instead and be happier and healthier.

One kg per week- Thursday to Thursday- and just before Easter I should be 54.5 kg and looking lovely.

Ohhhh dear.........

Extreme Dior Gladiator Platform

Just for the record:

If I was in a place in my life where I could be smart dressed every day, I would definitely buy these shoes.

I don't care if I cannot walk on heels.

For these shoes- I'd fly in heels...!

I think they were made in heaven...

Just like starting over

Let's keep things truthful and simple:

The make over thing?

Not going well!

New Data:

1.68 m tall- actually confirmed at the hospital

59.9 kg confirmed by the DEMON SCALE

(oh I really hate that bitch)

eating habits- piglike

It was all okay when I was doing doing Urology- something about peep toes making you look feminine in a man's world and a little eye-shadow enough to distinguish you as a "stylish woman"...

yeah stylish my *&@@#!##!@

Comparing myself in the Urology department was bound to NOT GO WELL because it's full of men.

But now we're in Endocrinology- no scratch that- Pediatric Endocrinology and I am comparing myself to "all the young women" instead of "all the young dudes" and I am:

1. FAT

2. UNKEMPT

3. non compliant

The third is the worse.

As of by tomorrow I will SHUT my big fat mouth and stick to a schedule.

That's it.

Enough is enough.

I see obese children making an effort to lose weight and they ACHIEVE their goals.
And I can't lose 5 kg???

Bad Ms Ellisa BAAAAAD.

*I am SO grounded...*
