MARGIN: 0px 0px 10px 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 194px" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_iVXtR3HKyms/Se9MkOFemgI/AAAAAAAAAzU/e1x4gCToldg/s320/untitled2.bmp" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;SO I shall be performing aerobics 2-3 times a week.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Meaning&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;I shall be jumping up around and about to music carefully selected for about an hour, every Monday, Wednesday and either Friday or Saturday.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;*that's because I want to provide myself with a flexible program, professional or what?!*&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Now the music is carefully selected because&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;A. It needs to be "jumpy"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;B. It needs to be happy&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;C. It needs to allow for intervals of excercise for arms, back, abs, and that large bum that's under my waist and I swear doesn't belong to me!!!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;So I chose stuff basically from several movies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Mostly Sex and the City and Confessions of a Shopaholic,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;which both have very nice clothes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;..and skinny girls&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;You see the important thing is to VISUALISE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;I need to think of sth that will keep me going on when those sweats pile up.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;A healthy body?? An investment to the future health? (not that I know that many excercises come to think of it)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;*Also, I try to refrain from "rug surfing", in which- and do take notice- you stand on a rug legs hip-width apart, and jump on the side landing on one leg, feeling the rug gently slide towards that side. (but that's the easy part, right?!)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Tomorrow will be my first day at the library (first full day that is, as I have already sort of visited once or twice for a couple of hours) and I am planing on bringing my lunch box with me.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Fresh fruit and nuts&lt;/em&gt; will be September's theme and idea of a healthy nutritious *backing off* from ice-creams, toasts, cakes and all relative.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;I've also bought tops from Zara, which are pink and purple and designed to make me look ladylike in the wards. Extreme efforts are being made on my behalf in the desperate attempt to dress in colors other than black and dark grey.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;I am also making honest tries to sort out my closet and give away unwanted clothes which take too much space in my room and could be of better use by people at need. The rules are simple and basically apply to these three points:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Give away anything that you:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1. &lt;strong&gt;don't want&lt;/strong&gt; to wear, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;2. &lt;strong&gt;actually won't&lt;/strong&gt; wear and&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;3. &lt;strong&gt;should not&lt;/strong&gt; MARGIN: 0px 0px 10px 10px; CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_iVXtR3HKyms/SJXnjXUt-yI/AAAAAAAAAec/SCGss0x7dyg/s320/DSC00036.JPG" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;I've bought a new scale- the "Demon Scale".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was walking through a department store when I came across countless of scales.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;At that point I thought it would be "fun" if I got on one of them, so I chose the prettiest one, a shiny black glass one, digital.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You probably already have guessed that my weight was 2kg higher than my home scale and so I bought the "Demon Scale" to confront my fears and solve &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://ms-ellisa.blogspot.com/2008/02/symbols-of-femininity.html"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;my issues&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;*No wonder it was black and looked glamorous*&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Whatsmore I convinced my boyfriend to follow up on the diet, and he printed out diagrams for us, on which we are to keep track of our weight loss, marking the kg's every Sunday and connecting each dot with a line.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;The concept behind this would be that the graph should be descending through time.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;:-D&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;I can only hope it does...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
